Courtyard Charleston Mount Pleasant

I was there for a funeral the following day. Your front desk staff was exceptional and could not be any more helpful. There was a woman named Erica who was working the Bistro. She had to cover sales, bartending, and cooking. You need more staff. She was so kind and did a great job under pressure. Other than that, I had a perfect stay considering the circumstances. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. There was a beautiful pool and sitting area in the back. The rooms were so clean and cozy. the housekeeping really took their time in the rooms to make them perfect. We were on the main floor and were worried about the noise but overall it was very quiet.

This was our first trip to Charleston and the Courtyard Charleston was a great choice for lodging. The rooms were well appointed and spacious. We met Livia T. In the hallway on our first day and she was a delight to talk to. She gave us suggestions on what to see and where to eat. She checked us out on our last day and enrolled us in your rewards program. My sister will be visiting Charleston next month and I will encourage her to stay at your hotel.

love the hotel but it is starting to show its age. Needs a little TLC.

The hotel was near the highway and the staff was very friendly. Clientele were family friendly
